Refund Policy

At Quantumbit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Geekster), we value your satisfaction with our programs. To ensure a positive experience, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Trial Period
- Learners are provided with a first 15-day trial period from the start of the program.
- During this time, learners are encouraged to attend the classes, explore course materials, and assess their alignment with the program.
2. Refund Initiation
- If, within the first 15 days, a learner decides that the program is not suitable for them, they can request for cancellation of admission by sending us an email at admission@geekster.in and initiate a refund.
- Refund will be processed promptly at our end, and if the learner has opted for an EMI option for course fees, the admission cancellation is also intimated to the respective Banking Partner. Overall, the refund is processed within 30 days of the cancellation request raised.
3. Post 15-Day Period
- Refund requests received after the initial 15 days from the commencement of the program will not be eligible for processing.
- This policy is in place to maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our refund process.
